  22. This set of classes provides a C++ interface to Btrieve for DOS and Windows 
  23. developers. The classes are not simply 'wrappers' around the BTRV() function, 
  24. but are the result of abstracting Btrieve functionality, yielding an object 
  25. oriented class design. Developers may access all the features of Btrieve 
  26. version 5.1 in a much simpler and intuitive manner than is provided by either 
  27. Btrieve's C interface or by C++ wrappers.
